In most cases, Chewy will cover the cost of return shipping. Occasionally, Chewy may offer customers a refund on some orders without requiring the items to be returned.

Exclusions: Prescription medications are excluded unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

It typically applies to retailers and is used to help clear existing stock towards the end of a sales season. A promo is usually a sitewide discount offered by a retailer for a given product, service or category. For example, ‘20% Off Holidays in Antarctica – Today Only’. Promos do not require a code to be entered at checkout. However, a promo may only be valid on a specific product or service so please do read the terms and conditions. A promotion may exclude certain popular categories of items, such as certain brands within a product category.
